Karen has over 20 years experience in office administration and research encompassing the accounting, tourism and hospitality sectors.

Her experience includes 13 years in the accounting industry supporting the accounting team and overall office management. Karen has also worked with the Irish Tourist Board on specialist tourism grants.

Dedicated to providing quality customer service, Karen's areas of expertise include project management, preparing Liquor and Gaming Licensing documentation and impact assessments, analysing mystery shopper and member survey results and assisting on various research projects.
