Jonathan joined Dickson-Wohlsen Strategies as a full time training consultant in January 2005, direct from supervisory roles in the hospitality industry. Jonathan has extensive experience in hotel and restaurant management both in the UK and Australia, spanning 15 years.

Jonathan holds a Diploma in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management and a Higher Diploma in Hotel, Catering, Institutional and Operational Management. Jonathan also holds a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.

Jonathan has worked in all areas of the hospitality industry, including 5 star hotels, Restaurants, Bars, Contract Catering, all at Management level. His area of expertise is food and beverage, customer relations and promotional activities.
